That's not really what happened, but it was cute.

Cutting the cake. We had three flavors: chocolate with triple chocolate, banana with fresh banana, and white with strawberries. We got them from Cinderella Cakes, and man, they were good.

Ah, the first cooked food I've had in eight months! Sweet!

After the ceremony, we all enjoyed the cake and looked forward to the fireworks off the HB pier.

The fire pits were valuable commodities. We had to run to them at 5am that morning to secure our spot.

The next night we had a big crowd at our place, so we set up karaoke on the big screen. It was pretty cool. That was the first time we had tried it, and it worked out great.

We ended up all taking turns, with more or less good results all around. This is Jeff's cousin Joanna on the mike, then Laura, Kelso and Isaac.
